Intake Process
How to Begin Services
Starting ABA therapy with us is simple! Here are the steps to get started:
1 - Contact Us
Reach out by phone, email, or through our website to let us know you're interested in services.
2 - Insurance Verification
We'll help verify your benefits and explain what your plan covers, including co-pays or authorizations.
3 - Intake & Paperwork
We'll send you a short intake packet to gather information about your child and your goals.
4 - Parent Meeting with the clinician
Before the formal assessment, our clinician will meet with you in person to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and gather all the important information needed to get started.
5 - Direct Assessment with your child
After the parent meeting, the clinician will complete a direct assessment with your child to better understand their strengths, needs, and behaviors.
6 - Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we’ll create an individualized ABA therapy plan tailored to your child’s specific needs.
7 - Therapy Begins!
Once your plan is approved, we’ll match your child with a qualified Behavior Technician and begin in-home ABA therapy.
What You’ll Need to Get Started
To begin ABA services, we’ll need the following:
- Insurance Information (front and back of your card)
- Formal Autism Diagnosis (from a licensed professional)
- Completed Intake Forms (we’ll provide these)
- Parent ID (for records and verification)
- Doctor’s Referral (if required by your insurance plan)
Once we have these items, we can move forward with the assessment and scheduling process!
